At first there were some issues in our room but were swiftly resolved.The hotel manager offers complimentary compensations that made our stay a memorable one.

Pool attendant Noel provided excellent service and is a terrific host Prompt room service Front of house staff were attentive and helpful Hotel remains the best value for money in Cebu City

Excellent breakfast as usual, but 1. Toaster remained broken despite several complaints 2. Food items top-ups could be improved Pool bar management could be improved
