Mother's Day Promo was as exciting as I and my husband enjoyed. More promos please. Father's Day perhaps?

The Hotel was under renovation so that excluded some of the activities such as the kids pool. I guess due to these factors and being the weekend it was very quiet during our stay, nice and peaceful. Room ok although probably overdue for refurbishing. Comfortable beds, a very quiet nights sleep. Breakfast buffet adequate although vegetables on offer were well overcooked & mushy.

Bring under renovation obviously put a damper on things.

Room was clean but there’s construction going on and other side of the pool was closed for renovation

The hotel it self doesn’t have a lobby. They turned the cafe/ lounge area as lobby as there’s nowhere to wait and sit when you’re at the front desk. We came as family with my father in law this time and staff doesn’t know what they are serving. We have to ask them few times as they doesn’t know what the afternoon tea came with. And waited for 1.5 hr for 2 sets of afternoon tea. Decided to eat out after that instead.They came to our table few times to stop my daughter from leaning on the armchair at the cafe while waiting for our food.. next thing they came that were not allowed to play cards on the table while we’re waiting for our taxi to the airport.. really poor . I won’t recommend.. staff needs training on their menu they’re serving on daily basis..we don’t feel relax staying at this hotel.. Davao branch was way much better

The staff were amazing m very accommodating and super friendly.

There’s nothing to dislike in Marco Polo Cebu.
