1209 Two Residences Marco Polo Cebu

This is a great hotel, value for money five star. But more importantly I was really floored by the staff here. I had the best front office and check in experience at this hotel (an experience that continues to inspire me) because of Ms Denise and Ms Yeda. I wish both of the them and Marco Polo team the very best.

今回の滞在期間の木曜日、金曜日、土曜日、生演奏があった（このようなイベントは、公式サイトで開示があれば、とても助かっていた。実はかなり調べたけど、事前に分からなかった）。イタリアレストランの食事の質が高いと思った（生演奏を聴きながら、イタリアレストランのメニュが楽しめると気付いたのは、最後の晩だった）。

部屋備え付けのシャワーが、もっと、暖かければ良かった。シャワーの水圧が、もっと、強ければ良かった。トイレの水量、勢いがあれば、一回で流せた。エレベーターに乗る時に、カードをかざすのでなく、タッチが必要とチェックインのの時に説明して欲しかった。タッチが必要と分かったのは、DAY2だった。さらにいえば、30～40年前の昔の良き時代の、もう一つのプール、地下のディスコホールの閉鎖が残念だし、今回、朝食、スタッフについても昔ほどの感激はなくなった。

The property is gorgeous but it’s a bit far from the city.

The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job.

The experience with one of the concierge left a sour taste. He was very keen to assist us with booking transport to the Tops; he fed us misinformation about the difficulties of securing suitable transport, only for us to discover that many options were available to us for a lot less money.
