Loved the waffles and the friendly staff but busy staff. Was crowded and unless you take your shower early was cold water. One night was not crowded the water was perfect. Everything was very clean. Loved the location. Felt safe. Had a pet and was put near a door. There were other dogs there and when in the hall you could hear them barking. The room was quiet no outside sounds at all. Was close to many eating and shopping places.

There was a system in place for fast movement of hot water. It worked great. But could use more hot water heaters for when it is crowded.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. In my personal experience, the room I was given appeared to be infested with bed bugs and roaches, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and weed throughout the room, and the linens looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were stained, and the air conditioner emitted a musty, unpleasant odor every time it turned on. The washroom also seemed to have mold issues, making the overall hygiene of the room extremely questionable. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. During my stay, I noticed sketchy activity in the parking lot, including what seemed to be drug dealing and prostitution. This added an additional layer of discomfort and made me feel completely uneasy staying on the property. To make things worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful when I reported these concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to offer a cancellation or refund, even though the conditions were unacceptable. Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend staying here. The lack of cleanliness, unsafe environment, poor customer service, and refusal to address legitimate concerns made this stay incredibly disappointing.

The refrigerator was really small & the racks in the door were broken off🤨 Ore food kept falling out. The freezer in the fridge was so small you couldn’t fit a small frozen meal in it. I also hated that we brought our small, , well behaved service dog with us so we were put all the way 3 long hallways with a door right outside our door but you could only use it as an excit😟 The receptionist said they did that because it kept people from sneaking in other people which I don’t understand because if you could let them in, they could also let themselves out🥴 at 4 o’clock in the morning. I ended up walking my dog all the way down all the hallways to take it out to all to the bathroom of the front door.. I wouldn’t mind it myself, but my husband has diabetes and pancreatic cancer, so it is very weak and that upset me, not just because I had to take the dog so far out of the way, but because he had to walk so far the way himself. We only came there to sleep before heading home. Our dog does not bark, have accidents, and I had all her paperwork with us.!!!🙄 also we had to leave $100 deposit that I don’t know when will be returned, but it said it could take up to three days. Except for the beds, not being made, a room was left in as great condition as what it was when we got there.!! I actually was not really impressed with the place just because of their policies.!!
