Value for money, and very good position.

Very old and outdated, definitely not as clean as it could have been, also we stayed for 3 days and the towels were not changed.

WiFi slow

the pool was clean, but the steps were out of action, so you had to scramble up the side or over rocks to the kiddie part! the gardens were beautiful. when we switched to a hotel room after 4 horrible nights in the studio room, the hotel room was very nice, comfy bed and good aircon. after the dramas listed in the bad part, we received a refund for the last three nights, it should have been a third of the total but it was less, maybe they charged more for the hotel room! at least it was something. The car park was good and free.

We booked a studio with a pool view. there is no view, there is a narrow walkway balcony you can see the pool from, but you cant look out the window or sit on the walkway! the room was tiny, only one window at the front, not a large one, and you have to keep the nets closed as people walk passed all day! First thing we see on arriving late at night is the front door has previously been kicked in and there is fresh damage around the key hole! not a good start! The room is not like the pics at all, and there were no hangers in the wardrobe! worse was the aircon had black mould in it, and when we reported it we were told it was it was corrosion, it needed replacing and they were contacting the owner, but dont hold your breathe! it wasnt corrosion! I have pictures! We found the mould whilst cooking, and black balls were coming out of the a/c unit onto our food! we asked for another room, after much unhappy discussion we were offered a refund for the remainer of our stay if we went elsewhere. whilst i was seeking other accommodation, they offered us a hotel room! we stayed in the hotel room for a night, then flew home early, the trip ruined. Turns out the rear buildings are separately owned, and it depends on the owner as to the standard. the bathroom had been redone, that was ok. the floor had vinyl tiles stuck over the original tiles, next to one side of the bed, one was shifting under the support foot of the bed, and cut my toe!! there appears to be a lot of long term residents in these units, it doesnt have a holiday feel at all! Just dont stay in a studio room here, there is way better accommodation for around the same price elsewhere. i wish we could have got into the caravan park next door, it was amazing!

Location was convenient to our family, cost. Staff responded to our request in a kind way.

Needs a little revamping. A couple of not positive interactions with other people hanging around. Don't believe they were guest.

It is a lovely room, and very nice people are living on site
