Location

Very noisy and badly run no security people doing what they want unchecked staff that are on duty have no authority to do anything or make a decision very badly run and very noisy people smoking and vaping setting off fire alarms all the time.

Staff were lovely and was clean

Quite dated and the location is horrendous . Nightclub outside my window with extremely loud music till after 4am then another one until 6am which wasn't as loud but still kept me awake. Fire alarm went off around 4 times

Probably location if my room wasent above a night club .

It was ok but the lift needs an overall and the rooms a bit more modern and the fire alarms kept going kept going off which did upset my great grandson.
