Location is excellent , staff were very pleasant , it was cleaner than I thought it would be , the price for 2 nights was excellent

A couple of tweaks, there were cobwebs on and above the window , the wardrobe was by the bathroom door , it was hard to open the wardrobe doors , the room was small , I think maybe a single room would fit better .

The sThe staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they always had a smile on their faces. The check in process was quick and easy, and any questions or requests were dealt with promptly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for what I needed. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.taff was very welcoming

People are treating the staff badly while expecting a five star experience. It's very obvious that this is an older building, and with that comes age related issues. The staff address any problems very quickly and do their best to help. All I can say is that if you want a luxury experience, be prepared to pay luxury prices. Beggars can't be choosers.
