lovely spacious room original room given too small, but it was changed to a four poster bed, ample room in bathroom

no faults really

Did not get any sleep what so ever due to the pins under the hotel still blasting music after 4.30 in the morning !!

In city centre very close to train station, and all the attractions.

The window wasn’t closing :)

Did not get breakfast because it was not included in the price location was great rather in the middle of Southport

The only thing I like about the skisberg hotel was the uncle manager when we were when we arrived our room was not clean at all and it smelled me and my wife was not happy so when we went down to complain about the room they upgraded us because of this which was very good on call that part I thought was really good she listened to us and she acted on it and made life a lot easier to stay we were going to leave

Considering how many bad reviews this hotel has, I found it was actually perfectly fine. Not 5 star by all means, hence the price! But everything worked and was clean and tidy with spacious rooms..... HOWEVER you will not be able to sleep if you are on the side or back of the hotel, the music from the clubs below is unbearable, I was genuinely awake waiting for 5AM to hit so they would turn then music off. Then finally got 3 or 4 hours kip.... WOULD NOT RETURN for this reason unfortunately, the rooms need sound proofing

Kids running up and down corridors from 7am making it impossible to sleep
