"Necesitan reparar el aire acondicionado "

En general el hotel está bien, la alberca bien, desayuno rico pero siguen teniendo problemas con el aire acondicionado, súper ruidoso, si no pides que lo revisen no lo prenden y es un ruido muy molesto, mi habitación no tenía caja fuerte y la caja que cubre el mando del aire acondicionado no estaba solo la perilla

"Hotel infestado de cucarachas"

Cucarachas en los cuartos!!! Me cambiaron a una “suite” y más cucarachas, no me quiero imaginar cómo estará su cocina es un verdadero asco!!! Que lástima de hotel porque no está tan mal para el precio pero jamás volveré a hospedarme ahí!!’

La alberca está excelente, el detalle está en las habitaciones que lucen un poco deterioradas por falta de mantenimiento. Sin embargo se cumple con el objetivo.
