The reviews i read online were pretty true. Location couldn't be better. You actually ealk out your roo. Cross the street and you can touch the water. But the rooms are lack luster and could be better regardless of price. can touch the water.

Beware - hotel has an 'upscale' room with spa tub. However, it is defectively designed, such that it will spill water and leak to room below, even when set at proper water level. If you spill any water at all, they automatically charge your card $500...

Good location, friendly staff, but very loud area

Location, clean bedding and refrigerator in the room.

Room needs to be updated. Dent in the flooring, old ratan love seat with cheap uncomfortable cushion.

Basic room for almost 400$ a night. Hospitable staff. Room 201 is way too loud and bright, maybe some double pane window and black out curtain would be nice. Nice location, 20m walk to aquarium and 25m to our favorite restaurant, the Sardine factory. There are EV chargers on site, but not enforced by the staff so non-EV cars park there the majority of the time we were there, kind of defeats their purpose. Learned out lesson and will try booking room earlier next time so we don’t have to be stuck with this as our only option.

I had high hopes for our stay. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and no USB or air conditioner in room. very old outdated decor and furniture. Way too expensive for what you get. Very sad
