Beautiful ocean view on second floor and was able to switch to get view.

Downstairs parking scetchy and elevator not working

Det var et fint værelse og rart, at der var et bord og behagelige kurvestole. God kaffe. Var heldig at det var et værelse , hvorfra man kunne se havet. Eftermiddagspersonalet var hjælpsomt og vidende, ham om aftenen vidste ikke så meget. Kunne godt lide området, meget hyggeligt nabolag, og at der kun var 2 min gang til strand og lille park

Lydisolering til naboværelse var nærmest ikke eksisterende. De så tv med meget høj lyd,- et program hvor der blev brugt mange "Fuck-ord"- jeg troede først, de skændes og sloges .De så tv både eftermiddag og aften, så jeg måtte sidde med ørepropper for at kunne være i værelset og slappe af.

Old carpet. Smell of cleaners was over powering! Dated interior & furniture.

It is close to where our relatives live.

It needs a refresh. The facility looks to have been built in the 1990's based on the fixtures in our room. The outdoor furniture in our room was large for the space and very uncomfortable to sit in. The remote for our TV didn't work. A room a few doors down from us had a water issue; the rug in front of our door was wet the next day.

The room was clean.

Room Availability Upon arrival, our room was not ready. We had to leave and return later, which was inconvenient. Parking & Elevator Issues When we arrived at the underground parking, the elevator was out of service. We waited over 15 minutes before being able to move our luggage to the room. Eventually, I had to walk around, and it took another 15–20 minutes for the elevator to be fixed. As we are handicapped, using the stairs with large luggage was not an option. Room Assignment & View We overpaid for a non–non-ocean-view room. It wasn’t even a partial view—we were placed directly in front of the cleaners’ closet. Initially, the front desk offered room 203, but when we returned (because our room wasn’t ready), they gave us rooms 202 and 203, claiming neither had ocean views. This was misleading, as the next morning we saw that room 203 does have a partial ocean view. Noise Disturbance At 4:00 AM, the guest in room 201 was extremely noisy. We could hear water running, doors opening and closing, and loud conversations. Bathroom Ventilation The bathroom air vent was excessively loud, making it very uncomfortable for anyone using the bathroom or shower. Refrigerator Noise The refrigerator produced a constant humming noise. Initially, we couldn’t identify the source—it sounded like it was coming from the wall. Once we realized it was the fridge, we unplugged it, which caused our food to spoil. Early Knock Despite Late Checkout We arranged a 12:00 PM checkout with the concierge on the day we checked in. Despite this, two staff members knocked on our door at 11:00 and again at 11:30 AM. Morning Disturbance The most disruptive issue occurred around 6:00–9:00AM when a drummer started playing, followed by loud music and continuous shouting for hours. We were unable to rest properly. Our stay became uncomfortable and exhausting, forcing us to cut our vacation short and drive three hours home just to get some rest.
