"Totale Katastrophe"

Das Checkin ist eine Katastrophe funktionierte nicht. Wir haben uns dann bei diesem 24/7 Chatservice vom Hotel gemeldet. Dieser wird wohl nur von einem Bot bedient. Hätten wir nicht den Top Service von euch gehabt wären wir noch immer auf eine Antwort am warten vom Hotel und hätten kein Zimmer gehabt. Ausserdem waren min. 4 Personen in der Lobby die das gleiche Problem hatten und das Check in Nicht funktioniert hatte. Wir haben 1.5h gewartet die anderen waren als wir ankamen schon 4h am Warten...

Je n’ai pas reçu le code par e-mail à temps ( je l’ai reçu le 11.05 pour un séjour du 06.05 au 08.05…) Après avoir passer plusieurs minutes à trouver quelqu’un pour avoir un code, Il a fallut que je programme 132 carte pour en avoir une qui fonctionne et accéder à la chambre. Le parking gratuit c’est révéler être payant 20.- la journée car le QR code de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas.

Keine Speiseauswahl und es gibt auch nichts zu Trinken, kein Kaffee und auch kein Mineral etc, einfach gar nichts! Es hat uns niemand empfangen, wir waren auf uns selbstgestellt, keine Unterstützung. Einchecken, war eine Katastrophe.

Furchtbarer online-Check-in Bekam erst um 16.00 von Ihnen die Info, dass ich jetzt einchecken kann Es wurde vorgängig zu wenig informiert, dass der Check-in vor 16.00 nicht möglich ist. Der Chat-bot des Hotels hat mich am Eingang 1 h hingehalten mit unnützen Infos

Bien situé. Par contre, le système d'enregistrement sur place ne fonctionnait pas: heureusement qu'il y avait des personnes ayant des réservations dans l'hôtel et ayant compris ce qu'il fallait faire, qui étaient là pour expliquer la procédure quand le système ne marchait pas ... visiblement, quand il y a un bug, il n'y a pas vraiment de procédure disponible pour savoir ce qu'il faut faire.
