Could be slightly noisy when special events were being staged in the Plaza and/or the cleaning up afterwards.

Das Hotel ist sauber, sicher und liegt in einer guten Lage. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Einzige, was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war ein Pool. Es gibt zwar einen Fitnessraum, dieser ist aber eher klein. Da es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt, wurde so etwas früher wahrscheinlich nicht eingeplant. Trotzdem ist das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles funktioniert problemlos.

Everything was spot on. The hotel is definitely unique and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and nice. The breakfast/brunch at the Terraza is also incredible, with a view on the Zocala Place. Amazing location and great value for money given everything!

This hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, and service is fantastic all around. Loved the rooftop restaurant where breakfast was served over a fantastic view of the Zocalo. Location couldn't be better for the central historic district. We would definitely stay here again. Be aware that fairly often the street in front of the hotel is blocked off so meet ups and drop offs of rideshares, etc may need to be coordinated to a nearby accessible street location.

The building is an Art Deco masterpiece. My room was very comfortable, with a Juliet balcony looking out over the Plaza. The staff were, to a person, very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed several meals in the restaurant, which also overlooks the Plaza. The breakfast buffet is immense, but unless you have an equally immense appetite, it’s relatively expensive. The neighborhood is hectic, and you’ll be surrounded with jewelry stores.
