Need a update. Clean but show wear and tear

I like the room, bathroom, and location. The facility was clean and the staff was really friendly to help assist.

The one elevator that takes 40sec to a min to close.

Nothing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked this hotel for 5 nights, on the 3rd night at 10pm I felt something bite me. I get up and there is a bed bug on the bed I did not stay this night because I was told I could stay in another room but they weren’t going to check the new room for bed bugs. They refunded me for 2 nights out of 5 but not the night I actually got bit and left. The front desk host was rude after I showed him the bed bug he told me it wasn’t a bed bug just a regular bug. He told me he couldn’t give me his managers name. The manager after 3 days of trying to get in touch with him, told me that they had someone come out to look and since they couldn’t find any bed bugs besides the one I had in the bottle that bit me, then they don’t have any and they can’t refund me. To spend my money here and be treated this way is sickening. Booking.com were of bo help for accommodation leading me to sleeping in my car for the night.

This was the dirtiest smelliest place I have ever stayed. The front desk treated us like thieves and would not give us towels unless we exchanged towel for towel. We were only allowed one per person The room was filthy I. Bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The garbage had mold at bottom. It smelled of reefer and piss throughout the hotel. And breakfast was pathetic. Danish and waffles. No meats or eggs. Old brown bananas. I’m repulsed that this place is allowed to continue to run
