"A complete disappointment"

Leaving..

The room was a catastrophe.....the promotional images online are completely fabricated. The room was desingned, constructed and furnished by morons. A one bedroom? With literally no redeeming aspects.

Great location great to have valet parking great views of the port and of Auckland. Close to ferry trains arena and within walking distant also. walking distance to k road queen street and stadium . Or if you like walking you dont need your car. Lots of great places to eat and visit. Try ferry to devonport we had a meal there it was great. You certainly have heaps of options if you stay here and very affordable. We will certainly come back we loved it.will be going for a day visit to waiheki island next time.great location.

"Like the room and the location staff not so much"

It’s a pretty room and worth the money

One thing I didn’t like was the king bed was 2 single mattress on top of a king base and kept falling through the bed while trying to sleep bed was really uncomfortable but room was nice
