Hotel Da Gale

Péssimo hotel, os quartos não tem nenhuma forma de refrigeração , nem mesmo um ventilador , um verdadeiro forno . Camas com colchões velhos e irregulares, para usar o cofre tem que pagar( os hotéis são o uso do cofre como cortesia) . Excesso de escadas , para idosos e pessoas com problemas de locomoção andar pelo hotel é um desafio . Funcionários mal preparados , um deles disse não haver elevador , mas havia . Local do café da manhã muito pequeno, para tomar o café no terraço é preciso pular uma janela . Em um dos dias a máquina de café quebrou, um dia hóspedes teve que ir ajudar a cozinheira a fazer café .

Basic hotel. Convenient location to old town.

We only spent one night but we still had a great time. Nice, clean rooms, in our case with a surprisingly big balcony. Very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend

Decent hotel,but very disappointed with €30 charge losing room key,the shower could do with getting a look at wasn't hot enough, and trying to get a late,I kept getting passed to different people ,I would stay again for a stag do for the price

I booked this very last minute, you have to pay 10 euros before checking in. I wish they at least had a ceiling fan. It gets hot in the night. There is a weird smell. No iron to iron your clothes. The breakfast is not much, just two types of cereal, crossaint, bread and cheese,apple and orange. Staff doesn't have much suggestions of places to go, i think they should be more informed.

Stay as far away from this cowboy hotel we had a week book and sent emails to request late check in as requested by hotel only to land to be told our reservation has been cancelled and we weren't only ones this happen to. Charged us for a week didnt get to stay 1 night no refund nothing and then have cheek to ask for review

Good location, very nice and friendly front desk staff

Disappointed as one member of our party of 8 was late and was recharged for his room and only after an agrumemt with a number of staff was he given what they called a complimentary room for the second night( this room was paid for before we travelled but as we did not email to notify the hotel his 2 night booking was cancelled) Another mêmber of the group unhappy with his room asked for an upgrade,offered and charged for same but when he went to change they told him they could not give it to him as they sold it to someone else They did give him an inferior room but no refund of the extra cost
