Please note that a pull out sofa bed, and also a roll away bed are available upon request at no additional charge. Property offers pack-n-plays as well as high chairs available for the guests (Subject to availability). A 60-day notice is required for all cancelations. Cancelations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancelations made 45-60 days ahead of scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total rental amount of stay. Cancelations made less than 45 days in advance will forfeit the entire rental amount. Exception: Christmas and New Year’s holiday period: 7-night minimum stay, 50% deposit, full payment due by 10/1, cancellation no later than 9/30. Property offers alternative bed configurations for the following rooms: 2 bedroom ocean front: this villa is available with 2 king beds (Villa 203) OR a king bed and 2 twin beds (Villa 106 and Villa 307) 2 bedroom ocean front deluxe: this villa is available with 2 king beds Villa 305) OR a king bed and a queen bed (Villa 304) 3 bedroom ocean front: this villa is available with a king bed, a queen bed and 2 twin beds (Villa 201) OR 2 king beds and a queen bed (Villa 308) While we make every effort possible to avoid this, during peak periods we reserve the right to facilitate a same category room change during your stay if necessary. You will be notified prior to check in if this will occur-Villa Renaissance Please contact the property to inquire about any request in regards to the configurations of the rooms as they are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Villa Renaissance will be restoring/modifying/safety upgrading all ocean front elevators in June/July 2025. Elevators 1&2 (west end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning June 1st, 2025 and will take 2-4 weeks to complete. These elevators service Villas 101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, 301, 302, 303, 304, 401 and 402. Elevators 3&4 (east end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning approximately June 21st, 2025 or as soon as elevators 1&2 works are completed. These elevators service Villas 105, 106, 107, 108, 205, 206, 207, 208, 305, 306, 307, 308, 403 and 404. We will remain open but there will be no elevator service to these villas and some construction noise from 9am-5pm. Our Bellman is happy to assist with luggage and your belongings.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A deposit may be required at the property.

L’emplacement est idéal ! Près de tout !! Et peu importe l’heure d’arrivée à la plage il y a toujours des chaises et parasols disponibles

Nous avons réservé un an à l’avance après notre premier séjour en demandant la même unité de condo et arrivés sur place on nous avait attribué un autre condo pas du tout avec la même vue ni le même intérieur . Une réelle déception

I love the location. This is the third time that I’ve stayed at Villa Renaissance and really like being able to walk to many restaurants. And the resort is quiet overall. I also love that there is only one row of beach chairs at this resort, not 3-4. Very nice workers at the resort.

This time, we stayed at a unit on the far right side. Friday and Saturday nights we could hear music loudly until about 2 am. The unit was nice but the pans were not nice nor was the silverware. Super cheap. For $1000/night, cheap but decent ceramic pans can be bought for the unit and better silverware. I even had better silverware than this years ago during my college days when I had zero money. I also woke up on the last day with a lot of crazy bug bites on my neck/shoulders and extremities. It looked like bed bug bits and they itched a ridiculous amount. I’m not sure why it would happen only at the end of our stay, but not a good ending.

My experience was marred by multiple unacceptable issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of adequate response from your staff. On the second day of my four-day stay, brown water was coming from the bathroom sink, shower, and bathtub. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was not provided with an estimated time for resolution, an apology, or an offer to relocate to another room. This issue persisted for 24 hours, severely limiting my ability to use essential facilities and compromising the hygiene of my stay. On the third day, a strong sewage odor permeated my room, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. I again contacted the front desk, and once more, I received no apology or estimated time for resolution. While the issue was eventually resolved later that night, the smell lingered until the morning of my final day, further diminishing my experience. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from a member of your staff. On the third day, I inquired at the front desk about the availability of a beach attendant to assist with finding a beach chair.
