"The hotel and its grounds are very grand, unfortunately the bedroom we had was not what I would consider deluxe with its"

The property is very grand and the communal areas well maintained

The deluxe double bedroom did not replicate any of the photos on their website (room 215). The room was small, had mismatching furniture and the bed was a divan bed and mattress with no headboard, making it feel very much like a bedsit.

The Stables Restraunt was an excelent setting for Breakfast and Dinner with a very good choice of food The room was of good size with every thing you needed for your stay, and very nice views over the gardens although not used on this visit very nice facilities for all functions

Very friendly and professional staff in all areas of the Hotel very nice gardens to walk and sit out in the Hotel is just 5min from Beamish Museum which we visited on this occation

The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Had lunch on day of arrival in the stables and it was lovely. Drinks in the evening in the bar reasonably priced. Room was spacious we stayed in a deluxe twin.

Nothing realy all good.

"Amazing - made better by the lovely staff"

The staff at Beamish Hall were exceptional. I booked a room for my daughter and husband who were travelling to the North East for my daughter's hospital treatment - this led to some specific needs we had. The staff and hotel went above and beyond to meet these needs. My daughter said she felt like a princess and that this was the best hotel in the world (high praise from an 8 year old). Beyond this, the hotel is in a beautiful setting, the room was lovely and upgraded. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was amazing and the restaurant was nicely busy. Facilities were exceptional and again staff went above and beyond when we needed extra things not normally expected in a room. Communication with the hotel before arrival was clear, helpful, friendly and prompt. We can't thank you all enough and we will definitely be back!

Nothing could improve!

Very good location close to 1940 farm which U can walk bk from love the restaurant and the grounds Room was quite and comfortable
