Route 62 Motel

NEVER stay at this hotel. I booked it for a Bills game in September and I was double charged!!! I called to talk to the owner and he said dispute it with your credit card company, so I did and when they contacted him he said I was a no show!!! So I was still charged twice for one night! He is a theif!!!! I'm reporting him to the better business bureau, and this "hotel" should be shut down!!!! Wish I could give a "stay away" review!

I was in a bind and needed a place for a couple days...Found this place "on the cheap" so booked for 3 nights. almost scared to sleep in the bed if it wasnt for exhaustion. Holes in the sheets and blankets, Staff was rude when I asked about a tv channel guide (twice got different false answers for the non-existent channel). could tell room hadn't been cleaned/dusted in weeks if not months. Mold in bathroom on floor and shower. It was a decent Fall-weather week, Id have been better off taking my pop-up tent to the park and spending a couple days there. STAY AWAY!!!

I booked my room online, received a confirmation number for a queen smoking room. Upon arriving at the room I opened the door to find two large twin sized beds! I immediately called the front desk. I told the desk clerk who refused to tell me his name that this was not the room I reserved. He said yes, I know but you booked online! I said that had nothing to do with it, I have a confirmation number. He proceeded to say "ARE YOU DRUNK"? I said no, why would you say such a thing. He said be cause the room he gave me was an UPGRADE! HA! Far from it. After arguing with the very unprofessional person I went to the front desk. The owner came out and was even ruder!!! He is an awful, horrible man. NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE! I was in a jam and they eventually gave me a queen room, even though they both lied and said none were available. This more than likely due to another customer came in and I told him he should turn around and go! If I did not stay they were charging my credit card any way! On top of the rudest people in the world, the bathroom has mold, the bed area has chipped paint! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin....? After a long night of constant knocking on doors around us, and the intermittent drone of a compressor at our last stay, we were hoping the Red Carpet Inn on Niagara Falls Blvd would afford us some comfort...not so much. We got there, and saw JACUZZI on the marquee, and thought at last we can relax....I went to check in, and asked how to access the "Jacuzzi", and was told "What - you are mistaken......", when I pointed out the flashing advertisement out front, I was told that it would be looked into....I am still waiting for an answer. We went to our room, and the key would not work - when I went to the office I was advised that the "Head might be dirty - Put the card in-and-out for a while,....Until it turns green"...had to come back to office, finally able to get into my "home away from home". I then went to take a shower....Cockroach on the floor - I grabbed and flushed......then re-flushed (holding the lever down for at least 30 seconds)....It can't get any worse, so opened a beer, got in the shower, and.....the shower doesn't work....had to stand up and bird bath....at this point my wife was ready to sleep in the back of the SUV...Went to Buffalo Road House for dinner, came back and put our own blankets on the bed and slept till 6:30, and got the hell out of Red Carpet - This place should be closed!

The owner / manager of this hotel is very rude disrespectful and unkind to people especially woman in elderly people this guy does not respect paying customers is very rude very nasty and very improper this place is to be shut down this place is nasty it's mouth and ugly this place where prostitutes and hookers go I have no disrespect anybody but this hotel is not a hotel this is not have this place listed as a hotel or motel I don't recommend anybody to go there whatsoever and once again there is no refund if you signed that paper you're locked in this guy call the cops on us because we did not want a smoking room

Mold in the bathroom, water faucet pouring/leaking all night long, some high pitched ringing all night long, some random piece of tape with hair stuck to it on the bathroom wall?? Pretty gross. Can't get an early check out without paying for the remaining nights:( And the pleasure of showering and sleeping with ants.

My daughter & I went for the Black Friday sales. We were shocked to find out on arrival, we weren't given breakfast, when I paid for it. When we went to our room, close to midnight to another shock we were put in a smoking room, which I made a special request of a "non- smoking " room. The front office person, was absolutely rude & abusive.The room was filthy, hair on the pillows stains on the sheets & holes in the blanket. The bathroom was in a terrible state. The toilet shaking &, the tub clogged . I would think this motel should be stripped of their license as they deny customers of basic human rights to living.

This is a ONE star motel and for its category is very good. The bed and towels were clean, the AC worked and was quiet, the WiFi was accessible without password, nice big screen LED TV. It is very conveniently located just by the exit of I290. We did not check the Continental Breakfast, so no comments. Good for one or two nights stay.

This hotel refused to honor reservation (via bookings.com) at either stated rate or provide nonsmoking room -- and were abusive while refusing to honor it (In the end, bookings.com honored rate at a nearby.)

This hotel worked for our needs which was basically a place to crash for a few hours. Facility was older and in need of updating. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small and dated.
