the prperty was not very clean and pool was not working. they only had one washer and dryer

I made reservations on line paid by card I was charged the bill was paid I arrive and was welcomed with a very bad attitude was told they had no rooms available and would not refund my payment she did end up getting me a room but it smelt like Marijuana and they would not do anything about it me and my family left and was not refunded my payment. This was at the time of hurricane hellen. They had no sympathy at all. I was actually threatened by the staff and was told I would be escorted out by the.police just because I demanded a refund. As of today I still haven't been refunded. I see a lawsuit in the future.
