Spacious bedroom

The check in process was horrible and the customer service was awful. Long wait for our room and other customers who checked in after were accommodated before us.

I like the fact that the location was in an ideal spot , very quiet and beautiful scenery. the room was clean , we had room service daily and the customer service was great. They were able to respond in english as much as possible and made the stay welcoming . The room had every thing we needed. It was ok Breakfast was ok and balanced. Lots of parking as well.

The room needed more air - had a musky scent. bathroom tub small - no turning space . The description stated that there was a club on the property - None was availbe but off property. The room is more old Fashion and the fixtures definitely needs to be changed. old antiquated !!!!!! The bar closes off early and there is not much to do there seperate from the pool.
