A friend and I stayed for one night in the first floor mini-suite. It is tight quarters but there is a large sofa and a pretty large refrigerator in the sitting room attached to the room. We had our own entrance, which was very convenient. We enjoyed breakfast and reading on the porch. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is terrific! The owner, Nancy, is very friendly and accommodating.

It was too vintage for us just too much stuff in room! Very little space for luggage, etc. It's an older type rooming house breakfast was good and plenty of food. TV on ceiling, huge tub that some would like. It just wasn't for us but it was clean and the people were helpful.
