El personal del hotel

Deben invertir en las habitaciones. Las cortinas estaban rotas y el black out amarillento, roto y no era suficiente para cubrir la ventana. Parecía sacado de la basura. Muy mal.

"Descanso y Tranquilidad"

El sector donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel es tranquilo y seguro, igualmente es un muy bueno que la playa esta a media cuadra y es tranquila y limpia, así mismo, el aseo estuvo super bien ya que todos los días asearon y limpiaron la habitación, la cual es amplia y cómoda. El personal también fue amable.

Considero importante que el hotel tenga más servicios, pues solamente incluye el desayuno (el cual no es muy variado) y no tiene opción de restaurante, con respecto a la piscina es pequeña y no la utilizan, quizá porque donde esta ubicada no da mucho el sol, adicionalmente faltando un día para entregar la habitación se desactivo la tarjeta de ingreso, la cual no la activaron inmediatamente pero no debería haberse desactivado, en ocasiones como la habitación 310 esta con vista a la calle principal se escuchaba algo de ruido como de personas tomadas, otro tema para mejorar es el wifi la señal es pésima y también contar con plataformas de streaming, para el televisor era necesario usar dos controles uno para encendido y apagado y el volumen y otro para cambiar canales, lo cual no debería ser así.

La amabilidad y limpieza. Nos sentimos a gusto con la habitación e instalaciones. El personal de recepción, las señoras que daban el desayuno y el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento siempre sonreían y eran muy cordiales. El desayuno tiene variedad.

El baño no funcionaba bien.

Excelente la ubicación, está super cerca a la playa. Todo el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es rico y es variado cada día.
