The parking and location

The floors were extremely cold we couldn’t walk on them without our shoes on The bathroom was dirty-the tub especially The mini refrigerator in the room was not cold and had black dirt in it The window sounded like it was open you could hear everything from outside and it was bringing in a lot of cold air.

Cold every night no heat no hot water i asked fir king room and get a full size bed shower was firty with hair all over low lights

There were some helpful maids that told us we should stay in another hotel roo, especially the floorm.

The hotel caters to people who want to stay for a few hours, often with a transactional nature. We stayed a week and had to reprogram our door card every night. We stayed in the winter, and it was cold, especially the floor (freezing). The water was only warm sometimes, which made for a cold shower with the cold air. The location is right next to a police station, in a run down neighborhood. All but one of the front desk people were not helpful. A bad experience!
