Solo lo bueno fue la atención del personal del front desk

Todo, no hay personal de mantenimiento ni gerente on duty los fines de semana. La TV no funcionaba, el baño se echó a perder, el aire acondicionado sonaba como locomotora, la tercera cama no la hicieron . Y como no había nadie que pudiese solucionar los problemas técnicos, nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación , con las molestias que eso trae.

TV didn’t work, the toilet was clogged , the air conditioner had a terrible sound, they didn’t make the third bed in the room. They didn’t have maintenance staff to fix all this issues, also the hotel did not have manager on duty during weekend. Finally the front desk agent move us to an other room that was in better conditions, but the air conditioner didn’t work well. No compensation was offered because all this issues.
