we liked that the owners are in trouble with all the business.The attention to details was very good.Yhey serve a very good breakfast.Parking is ok also.Safe place

The mattresses are not the best, but for 1 night was ok.

Very nice small hotel, in a village in Tuscany near the "pratomagno". Francesca, the owner, is well coming and attentive to every detail, she prepares a good breakfast on your demand. I suggest staying on the little balcony at the back of the hotel in the morning, it is shadowy and quiet with a nice view of the "mill".

A bit difficult the access for handicapped, stairs to do...

See below re the breakfast.The location of the hotel is situated near the historic centre of lovely village above a scenic river and surrounded by attractive countryside.There are four restaurants including a good one with outdoor seating owned by the hotel proprietors conveniently next door to the hotel.The hotel owners particularly Francesca were warmly friendly simpatico and helpful

Maybe a wider food choice at breakfast and perhaps the scrambled eggs could have been inclusive. but quality of Continental breakfast was good

We particularly loved the beautiful view of the historic center from our window and the soothing sound of the river while falling asleep. The room had the most comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom.

Breakfast was fantastic we got to choose exactly what we wanted, location is perfect, comfortable, warm, clean ticks all boxes we had. owners / staff very help full and extremely nice people, would i stay again yes.

It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but maybe I set totally wrong expectations
