"Eccezionale - fantastisch."

Heerlijk ontbijt, heerlijke kamer, heerlijke zwembad, fantastisch personeel, prima douche. We mochten bij vertrek ook gratis de kamer tot 12 uur gebruiken. Echt fantastisch.

internet - maar dat lijkt overal op Sicilië/Italië slecht te zijn.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est fabuleux, la piscine est incroyablement agréable et le jardin est très bien entretenu. Le pdj est plus qu'exceptionnel. Le personnel est disponible, attentif, serviable et toujours souriant. Le lunch est également excellent.

Les photos de la chambre dans ma réservation booking ne correspondaient pas à la chambre que nous avons eue: Pas de terrasse privée à l'arrière de la chambre. Notre séjour était de 5 nuits. La responsable de l'hôtel était navrée et a tout fait pour nous changer de chambre au bout de 3 nuits. Le paiement ayant était fait directement à Booking, elle n'a pas pu faire de réduction sur la chambre. A 350 Euro la nuit pour une chambre standard et SANS terrasse privative, Booking devrait intervenir.

"Esperienza TOP"

Tutto molto bello. Bella la struttura, la piscina, il giardino solarium. Ad un passo da "acque calde" appena fuori dal giardino e a due passi da "acque nere". Staff molto disponibile e gentile. Esperienza TOP! É uno di questi posti per cui pensi: se torno a Vulcano, torno da Eros

Vulcano increasingly becoming a party and commercial place (especially in July-August). Other islands (eg Salina) more suitable for a relaxing holiday.
