Lovely resort, very quiet, room & bed very comfy. Slept like a baby! Elena was wonderful - very personable , friendly, really made my stay enjoyable. Marina (Spa) gave excellent massage, so glad that I booked this because it was just what the bod needed. The bartenders were great, unfortunately I don’t remember there names.

It was not that busy & you had to make reservations for dinner/lunch unless you did buffet. I was solo traveler, walked into beach restaurant to see if I could get seated for lunch and was told sorry reservations only. Restaurant was at half capacity. I understand that during season it could get busy & reservations would be needed but there was plenty of empty seats. I walked by it about 30 minutes later & still many empty tables.

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, and the beds were comfortable, which at least made sleeping and getting around easy.

I really don’t feel this hotel deserves a five-star rating. Overall, we were very disappointed, especially with the food and lack of entertainment. The hotel advertises five restaurants, but only one is a buffet that’s open to everyone. The other restaurants — the nicer ones you’d actually want to eat in — require advance reservations. However, you can’t make reservations until you arrive at the hotel. We stayed for four nights, and by the time we arrived, there were no reservations available at any of the restaurants for our entire stay. That meant we were basically forced to eat at the buffet every day. Unfortunately, the buffet food was extremely poor and nowhere near what you would expect from a five-star all-inclusive resort. A lot of the food didn’t seem fresh, and the selection was very basic — for example, there were simply bowls of plain pasta with tomato sauce on the side. The quality was disappointing enough that some evenings we chose to leave the resort and eat elsewhere, which completely defeats the purpose of booking an all-inclusive holiday. Another major disappointment was the complete lack of entertainment. There was nothing happening in the evenings, and even the all-inclusive drinks stopped at midnight. After that, there was no atmosphere at all. We constantly found ourselves trying to figure out where to go and what to do outside the resort because there was simply nothing available inside the hotel. We booked this hotel expecting to relax, enjoy good food, and spend most of our time at the resort. Instead, we spent much of the trip frustrated and looking for alternatives outside the complex. Overall, it was definitely not the five-star all-inclusive experience we were expecting.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec notre bébé de 18 mois et en sommes ravis. L’hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux jeunes enfants : tout est pensé pour faciliter le quotidien des parents et assurer le confort des bébés. Sur simple demande, des plats ont pu être spécialement préparés pour notre enfant, ce qui nous a permis de manger tous ensemble, un vrai plus ! La chambre était spacieuse, très agréable, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. Mention spéciale au personnel, adorable et surtout extrêmement baby friendly. Un grand merci à Leni, premier sourire qui nous a accueillis avec tant de gentillesse, à Elpida pour l’organisation parfaite de notre sortie en bateau, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel des restaurants, toujours attentif, bienveillant et prévenant. Nous repartons très satisfaits et reposés, et recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille placé sous le signe du confort et de la sérénité.

L'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée deux fois lors de notre séjour mais certainement en raison de tests pour la réouverture de l'hôtel. L'ensemble des restaurants n'étaient pas encore ouverts car tout début de saison mais rien de gênant pour notre séjour.

2 felnőtt 2 gyerek számára az összenyitható 2 szoba tökéletes. Homokos strand kisgyerekek részére ideális. Ellátás kiváló. Már a szobák kiadásnál kaptunk egy kérdőívet az étel allergiára vonatkozóan! A gyerekek számára voltak homokozó felszerelések, felfújható eszközök.

Nice beachfront location and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. We stayed off-season and it was already quite busy, so I would avoid this hotel in peak summer as it would likely be very hectic.

The buffet was disappointing. While the selection was large, the quality and taste were well below standard when it comes to the hot dishes. Drinks included in the all-inclusive package were very poor (wine and cocktails). We were only able to book an à la carte restaurant for one night during our stay. The Italian restaurant was fine, but it’s not possible to dine à la carte daily, which is frustrating given the buffet quality. The hotel grounds are also very bare and lack greenery, which makes the overall atmosphere feel rather bleak.
