Excellent stay

Great location , refurbished rooms . We stayed 4 nights for the recent Warrnambool racing carnival and highly recommend these apartments

The apartment is very nice. It is all brand new, very cosy , very quiet with double glasses and very clean. All what you need is provided. The beds are very comfortable. Moreover, netflix as well a good wifi are provided. Linda is a very nice personn as well as all the staff.

Recently re modelled rooms. Well appointed room with modern appliances. Cooking facilities supplied. Very clean & comfortable. Definitely stay here again.

Would have loved to stay longer, the weather was lovely. Had to leave earlier than I wanted, tried to get a refund but the manager of this accommodation refused, which was very disappointing. In light of this I will not be staying here again!

We liked the configuration of the apartment and the fact that the kitchenette was well equipped. The apartment was fresh and bright and very clean. The bed and lounge were comfortable and the apartment was an easy stroll to the beautiful botanic gardens, and only a couple of blocks to the centre of Warrnambool. Despite being close to the highway, the double glazing meant any traffic noise was minimal. All of this along with a smooth check in and immediate response from staff to a concern during a power outage (outage due to works in the area) means we can highly recommend a stay at the Botanic.

Room was far too small... can’t be called a studio apartment. Renovations were in progress therefore parking limited & what was available was very cramped.

Newly renovated rooms, close to town and all the amenities. Fantastic value.

The one bedroom unit has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. It was walking distance to the local shopping centre too.
