Excellent staff, Susie at the desk, Skinny at the breakfast buffet, all of the housekeepers friendly, knowledge, kind to our children. They were the main reason we will be back!

The one bathroom was not stocked with shampoo, which was ok, I brought my own. One shower was just ok clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service by staff was excellent. Downside was that the pool was not ready when we arrived. I believe the 2nd day it was finally ready but a bit disappointing.
