I stayed at this property because I entered HOT TUB as an option. The Hot Tub has been broken since my last visit 6 months ago per staff and still is not working.... They need to take it off their amenities.

"Not what I expected from raidison"

Biscuits were cold and hard eggs cold, coffee was good

TV remote was broken,had to wait for room to be cleaned,staff was friendly just not what I expected from the hotel.
