Putahracsa Hua Hin

This is always our ‘Go To/Home’ in Hua Hin and our sixth stay here. As usual, we were lucky to reserve ‘our’ suite in the Sansky area. Being low season, there were a few differences to previous stays with one being some maintenance work on the Silksand pool area, opening on the morning we left. As we were in the Sansky suites, this meant that we still had access to our usual pool. There were also daily changes in the breakfast area, from full service to completing an order sheet one day. However, omelettes, scrambled eggs and all other offerings and staff were, as usual, excellent. Upon entering our suite, we were met with a wonderful “Welcome Back Home” message on our bed and a small birthday cake on the side. Such fabulous little gestures that mean so much. We had dinner here, as usual, one night and it was delicious as were our occasional margaritas. Our many thanks go to all the fabulous staff with their friendliness and daily smiles. It was yet another great stay and we truly hope to return ‘home’ again one day.

Very good customer service, the room was very clean and easy access to many attraction such as the beach across the road and the Huahin night market (600m walk). The room was very quiet and not too busy as well. Another good thing about this is the provided workshop activity. The breakfast was also delicious with excellent service.

The rooms were very nice. We had the sansky urban room - extremely spacious and super clean and modern. Excellent bathrooms too. The overall setup was great and the food was amazing

We were not happy about the setup by the sansky rooms. There's no place to get anything to eat or drink by that small pool and many times there were no towels on the chairs nor umbrellas to provide some shade. Was also a bit frustrating to have to constantly ask for water. It's Thailand and it's hot and humid - that should be available easily and quick.

- Personal absolute Spitzenklasse. Es wurde für alles immer eine Lösung gesucht. Jeden Tag wurde ein kleines Geschenk überreicht. - Snacks und Süssgetärnke im Preis inbegriffen - 3 Pools, 2 davon auf der anderen Strassenseite. Extrem ruhig und genügend Platz für alle. einer auf der Strandseite. - Essen im Oceanside super Qualität. Preislich sicher am oberen Ende. - Wird auch in regelmässigen Abständen Wasser am Pool verteilt. - Zimmer haben genügend Stauraum für 2 Personen. Kleiderbügel können auf Wunsch noch mehr genommen werden. - Bett ein Tick zu weich, wurde aber auf unseren wunsch noch stabilisiert. - Hotel ist durch die Strasse in zwei Teilen aufgeteilt. 24h Security sichert die Strasse für die Überquerung.

- Fitnessbereich sehr klein. Hanteln fehlen. Nach Rücksprache mit Personal, ist ein Ausbau in Planung.

We had a wonderful stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin. The hotel feels luxurious and peaceful without ever feeling pretentious, and the service throughout our stay was attentive, warm and genuinely thoughtful without being overbearing. The restaurant food and drinks were excellent — definitely a little more premium than some of the lovely local places nearby, but very much in keeping with the classy atmosphere of the hotel. The lychee cocktail was especially good and became a favourite during our stay. We also loved spending time relaxing on the large beachfront daybeds, which created such a calm and comfortable atmosphere during the day and into the evening. Housekeeping was excellent throughout the week, with daily cleaning, regular changing of towels and bedding, and lovely turn-down service each evening with little sweets left in the room. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Very little to dislike honestly. Prices for food and drinks are higher than nearby local restaurants, but the quality, setting and service justify it.
