Location to the airport was within 5min very convenient location. Wonderful staff great service definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Outdated, old, and poorly located hotel with old rooms.

The hotel is perfect for an overnite stay specially for Travellers striving latecintk male and need to catch early flight next day! Clean and hospitable staff. More expenses be than some other male hotels

This hotel was terrible, and I can not believe the price is approaching 400USD per night. The checking in service was disgusting. I have waited for 60mins at 11PM local time. And the room was garbage, I have never see a hotel like this one, pay them well and in exchange they provide the terrible service. I will never never select this hotel

The room is very small and the facilities are very old. It's too humid. The only advantage is that it's near the airport.

No free WiFi, No playing area. Not worth $480. No cordial staff .... they are charging high just because of it closes proximity to airport

We stayed for one night in this hotel before our transfer to one of the resort Islands. It was perfect for airport stopover, they collect you from the airport, deliver your bags to your room, welcome drink on arrival, quick check in and out, rooms are a great size very comfortable and clean. The staff at this hotel are Amazing, Nev a gentleman who worked at reception helped us out the night we arrived as there was an issue with our sea plane, he went above and beyond his duty to help us. He is a credit to the hotel. Another staff member ensured we had a quick breakfast before we left as we were caught for time he was so efficient. The only issue we had with the hotel was the high price for one night.

We were told that this hotel was 4 to 5 star and was a great place to spend the night since our sea plane to our actual resort was cancelled due to poor weather. Check-in took over one hour since they said the last minute booking from Expedia didn't show up in their email. I showed them our confirmation several times and they said they needed another 5 minutes 4 more times. We had been traveling for over 13 hours at this point with a 2 year old and my wife who is 11 weeks pregnant. It was only after I told them to hold my credit card, but to give us a room now, did the management agree to let us into the room. The "Deluxe Sea View Room" had the door lock broken, one faucet broken and a good solid inch of dust and garbage under the bed (noticed upon leaving to make sure our daughter didn't leave anything there). WiFi is charged as an extra which we were certainly not going to add to the extreme room charge that we already paid.. The only highlight was when we checked out early the next morning, the person at the front desk asked us "how was your stay?" To which I responded "terrible" and he requested for the feedback form to be filled out. Other people that were on the cancelled flight stayed in a hotel that cost a fraction of the cost that we had to spend. I would humbly say for you to consider any other hotel.
