"Disappointing at best."

I can’t think of anything I guess the beds were comfortable

No curtains to black out light from cars pulling in at all times of night. Broken burnt hair dryer in the room. No phone in the room. No clock in room. No safe. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. It was a very low quality stay. And then they didn’t put a normal hold on my card you they charged you a $100 security deposit.. that was not mentioned on the booking site… they said they prefer it in cash which was extremely sketchy but all I had was a card… and I didn’t receive that $100 back til Thursday we checked out on Sunday.

"I don’t think I’d come back again, there was just no help with the situation and highly disappointing."

the lady in the lobby was really nice when I checked in.

I come into the hotel and there is hair EVERYWHERE! In the bed, the sink, the bathroom, the shower and the main floor. Nobody swept or anything, the bottom of my flip-flops were black. It looks like only the sheets were changed and changed the coffee … I come back into the room from grabbing my suitcase and turn the lights on and there is roaches & tiny bugs crawling all near the bed, under the desk & near the door.. I stepped on so many bugs I couldn’t even count. ( I called the front desk about it and they didn’t give me a new room, a refund .. nothing .. just told me to wait until the morning to tell someone .. wouldn’t even give me new blankets or sheets.. ) I couldn’t even sleep without thinking about the bugs and when I woke up I had to kill more of them .. it was just highly unacceptable. the front desk was nice like I said but the room was highly disgusting and It was very uneasy.

Cost, reasonably clean (my room), plentyful free parking.

Others complained about bugs in their room and stained sheets. Desk person was not accommodating in any way for the complaintants. TV did not work in room and there was no phone in room to call desk (third floor outdoor access). There were people (adults) running around outside the room speaking loudly 10pm-11:30 pm. They were likely other people staying there. Shades in the room facing outdoor walkway were mangled partially open. Felt very low rent.
