El personal poco amable No hicieron ningún esfuerzo para intentar entenderme cuando les dije que no hablaba inglés. Mala disposición. Me dieron todas las explicaciones ( muchas) para ingreso y uso de instalaciones en inglés.. obvio no entendí nada. Tampoco hicieron esfuerzo por explicarme como llegar al centro... todo el tiempo molestos.

The room was not painted. The mattress was very thin.

USI liked the location, value, and cleanliness that was provided. It was a safe and quiet environment as well. The shared spaces and amenities were always spotless.
I really can't think of anything to be critical of.
CALocation is great, near public transit , very safe. You can walk to Chinatown , Kensington market , Royal museum. The private room is simple, comfortable enough for one person. Staff is super nice.
The shared washrooms weren’t always super clean.

FRThe A/C was debilitatingly noisy, and even through that it barely worked (still up to 28 in the room). Bed didn't hold itself together properly, and very hard. Washrooms often flooded, even ended up wet in the floor's corridor! One of two driers on my floor was tagged "out of order", and the other one was as well and ate up two dollars. Network isn't nearly as stable and powerful as other comments were saying, it's like 6/10 network with spikes at 7 and drops to 3.
