IEThe location is excellent, not far from downtown or Kensington market. The value for money is also incredible. The staff were really helpful.
The bed was quite old and very very creaky and loud to even sit down on. The common room could do with communal ware to allow for use of the oven etc. even just a tray for the oven, a pan and a pot for the cooker would do.

UAIt is a great location in the heart of the University district. Good commute; shops and markets nearby. Good staff. Has air conditioning.
One of the shower had mold in it. Walls and door were too thin. I can hear my neighbors and everyone who passed by. But keep in mind this is a student's dorm. I didn’t expect much and I for sure would stay there again.

AUCAI enjoyed the quietness if the building and around my room. Unfortunately I did not find the common area with the tv. Great location. I did not have to drive anywhere, everything close was walking distance. I will definitely come back
BREAKFAST: FOR $22 all you can eat was cold. Food should be replenished every 2 hours. Other than the toaster nothing else was hot. Will not be eating there again. Major disappointment
MXIt is clean and you get your own room
The room gets really hot and the air con doesn’t work that well. I also had an issue dropping water on my bed and wanted to get a new set of sheets and they were not able to provide them. Also you need coins for the washing machines and they are also not able to help or provide them.
