Les prestations et l’accueil

La chaleur dans la chambre je n’ai pas réussir à mettre la Clim et la fenêtre ouverte donnait que une avenue bruyante.

Personnel chaleureux et mobilisé en ce jour de verglas

Restaurant fermé et room service impossible contrairement aux indications du site web. Pas de solution autour de l’hôtel, pas de service minimum pour dépanner. Il faut reprendre la voiture pour aller manger au Kyriad ou plus loin. Propreté limite (douche et fauteuil), impression générale en deçà des standards Mercure.
