I servizi sanitari meriterebbero più cura e attenzione. Scarico del wc non funzionante all'arrivo e rubinetteria probabilmente carente di manutenzione perché l'acqua fuoriusciva dalle guarnizioni. Perdita di acqua di condensa anche dal climatizzatore, che finiva direttamente sul pavimento
