Friendly staff, great rooftop restaurant/bar with breathtaking views, breakfast was good and well located.

The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. Vincento and Sarah thanks for everything, we will really miss you guys. Lorenzo on the reception, very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The pool are was beautiful and well kept. We also loved the location, tucked away in a quiet little street next to a beautiful park that you can walk around. Thank you everyone, our stay in Ischia was beautiful and you all contributed to that. I will definitely return.

A really well located hotel, we were given an upgrade to a sea view which was really appreciated. Even with the upgrade though our room was very small. In our room we had 2 small milk portions which once used were not replaced. The staff were all really polite and helpful, on our second day the staff didn’t get our breakfast right. Guests have an exclusive 45 minute bookable slot in the spa but we felt it could do with a refresh -the jacuzzi was very hit and miss, and the showers didn’t function well. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the hotel but we probably would stay there again if visiting Ischia - it just wasn’t really us maybe.

Hotel is a converted Palace. The facilities n rooms are exceptional! It’s beautiful. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Property location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. valet parking available. Highly recommend this amazing hotel.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Our room, although on the ground floor, seemed to have been renovated recently as it had a very modern feel to it (eg. open shower concept). Very comfortable bed and pillows and overall extremely spacious. Breakfast is not your typical buffet but rather you choose from a menu. It definitely did not disappoint as you can choose whatever you want without any limitation on quantity. The possibility to book the spa area for yourself for 45 min was a great plus. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the castle, so make sure to go there for at least a drink. Overall, highly recommended!

Just returned from the most amazing 4 night break at this hotel. Everything was perfect I’d highly recommend it. The front of house staff were so helpful giving local information. Vincente the restaurant manager and Mario the bar/pool restaurant manager were brilliant - friendly and so professional and welcoming. Our superior double room was a good size and spotlessly clean thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who greeted us with a smile everyday. We are about to book again for next year! Well done all at this super hotel.
