Temperatura de las albercas perfecta. Ubicación del hotel para realizar turismo en Cartagena, bueno.

El servicio del personal en el área de albercas, no pasan a ofrecer bebidas, se tardan o simplemente no aparecen. Decepcionante

Супер локація. Легка доступність до будб-яких туристичних локацій Картагени. Достатньо місця біля басейну та в зоні морського узбережжя. Персонал досвідчений. Будь які питання вирішуються швидко. Сніданки достатні. Інтернет в нормі.

Кава на сніданок - це жах! Країна, де ворощується кофе, в п'ятизірковому готелі нема нормальної кофемашини! Гейзерний кофейний напій замість кави - це знущання над реальністю. За неділю перебування - без єдиної чашки кави. Слабке (або не володіння) англійською мовою персоналом на території готелю (окрім решепшена). Готерь потребує оновлення. Візуально, остання реновація була років 20 назад.
