Petit déjeuner très bien, odeur dans la salle de bain ( plutôt odeur d'égout ), chambre spacieuse , excellent emplacement, très bon accueil au bar

"Don’t stay here"

I stayed at your hotel delcloy on May 6-9. We left at the first night as the room had no a/c as they said it was turned on. The room also had ants and spiders. I told the front desk but they didn’t care. The kept saying the manager wasn’t available and never tried to help or solve the problem. They told me to call booking.com and refused to refund the second night Please help as we left your hotel and we feel we should get a refund for the unused portion as this was your fault. This is their answer
