"Very poor feels like 3* in reality"

I had a very negative experience at Naama Bay Promenade Hotel. During a spa service located inside the hotel, $100 was stolen from me. The hotel refused to take any responsibility and offered no refund or proper compensation, saying it was “my fault”. Tourist safety is clearly not a priority here. Other serious issues: • No private hotel beach • Food was poor and repetitive, only one type of meat, low quality • Staff at the buffet and around the hotel looked annoyed and uninterested, as if guests owe them something • Bar closes at 22:00 — this is not acceptable for a 5★ all-inclusive hotel • Reception is chaotic: staff ignores guests, answers phone calls while you are waiting and even gestures to “wait” with fingers • Very poor English and Russian skills • Prices are overrated for the level of service This hotel is not a 5-star property. At best it is 3 stars. It is not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.
