No where comfotable and quiet to sit and have a relaxing drink of an evening. Whole hotel very noisy. Breakfast room layout not good. Tables are set amongst the self service areas resulting in a lot of people and children milling about all the time while you are eating. The rooms very clean and comfortble. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tood very good. Found the whole island of Phuket very, very busy.

"Centara Resort"

I stayed at Centara for 4 days. The service was good, staff friendly. They have a mobile app that assists with spa bookings and other questions l. I booked a spa treatment for a traditional spa massage and it was great! They offered rosella tea at the start and ginger tea at the end, the teas were great! The massage therapist was excellent. We had breakfast daily, the food options were wide in variety and good! It is family friendly resort but also quiet enough by the pools. It’s walking distance to Karon beach, tho I recommend getting to the beach early as it does get busy, and close to many restaurants as well. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in Phuket, and definitely book a spa session while there!

"Not a 4 star hotel, more attention ti cleaning."

Good weather, lots of bars and restaurants in the area, many but not all of the hotel staff very friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Many issues with the room, for a start room small and very little storage for clothes most things left in our suitcase again no storage in bathrooms for toiletries Poor maintenance. 3 out of 4 doors in our room had defects either lock’s didn’t work door jamming and large gaps between doors and frames. Queuing up to get into restaurant for breakfast.notice displayed up to 25 minutes queuing at certain times not good.
