Our stay at Hotel Casa Velas was absolutely incredible—truly the best travel experience we’ve ever had. Every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. The food, drinks, breathtaking views, and our room were all exceptional—unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. What stood out most, however, was the staff. The service was genuinely five-star at every turn. A special thank you to Jesus and Isaac in the restaurant for their outstanding care and attention. We’re also incredibly grateful to Avalos, Ulices, and Ramon at the pool—these three truly made our trip unforgettable. We would come back for them alone. While the service was impeccable, it was their warm personalities that made our experience so special. Although we didn’t take the opportunity to explore much outside the resort this time, we’re already looking forward to coming back to do just that. With downtown, the market, and the marina just minutes away, the location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. We were there to attend a wedding, and it’s absolutely worth mentioning: if you’re considering Puerto Vallarta for your wedding, do yourself a favor and visit Casa Velas. It’s an extraordinary place for an unforgettable celebration.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at Casa Velas! The staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered on vacation, and they made our honeymoon absolutely wonderful. Avalos and Ulises went above and beyond every single day we were there, even saving us from the largest iguana I've ever seen. We will most certainly be back.

The service was top notch, but the personalities made our trip. I feel it worth mentioning we were there to attend a wedding. Let me tell you if you’re considering Puerto Vallarta for a wedding. You need to do yourself a service and visit Casa Velas!

Third time here at Casa Velas. Property is always beautiful and clean. Staff as usual, are lovely and always attending to our needs. Special shout out to Ulises, Avalos, and those whose names I can’t remember or spell at the moment!

What a wonderful stay at Casa Velas. It is a beautiful tucked away resort with all the amenities and the best hospitality in town. The rooms are clean with impeccable service every day. Oasis for relaxation by the pool or lush gardens surrounding the area. Attended wedding, the staff went above and beyond, shout out to Avalos who works the bar by the pool, such a friendly guy and happy to help any guests to make their stay unforgettable. Food is also great! Definitely we'll be coming back!!!

A truly relaxing and elevated vacation experience all around. Traveled Solo and met some great friendly fellow Canadian couples. Big shout out to the "King of Poolside Service" Avalos and his side kick Ulises who go out of their way to ensure every beverage and snack needs are met, and always with a smile. I shall be back next year!

Beautiful resort. Staff and servers very professional and accommodating. Pool servers Alvalos and Ulises looked after our every need…They were excellent..

We had a wonderful time and loved everything about the resort. Our room was lovely and spacious with a great bathroom and patio. The food was very good. The pool area was wonderful and even though it wasn’t on the ocean, we were a short shuttle ride away from the beach that was equally lovely with another great restaurant. Have to mention Avalos, who not only took great care of us at the pool, bringing us lunch, snacks and drinks throughout every day but he was so warm and funny. He definitely added to our good time. We were with friends who had been there before and he remembered them. He was just great.

A beautiful spot. The staff and waiters were wonderful. Polite, and catering to our every need with caring, humor and expertise. Especially Ulises and Alvalos who waited on us at the pool. They were exceptional , very hard working
