"Rather disappointing!"

Convenient location to Auburn University and restaurants. Staff tried to help with the problem we ran into.

Shower did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said a technician would come. This was around 9:30pm. After several calls the technician came and said it was fixed. After he left we tried to run the water and it did not work. We requested a room change but were told that there was nothing available and that the shower could be fixed. After technician failed to fix it, they moved us to a different room that suddenly became available. After a long day and having to prepare for an early morning, this was a big inconvenience. The hotel is also undergoing renovation, painting on two floors. We will look at other options for future visits.

"It was an okay stay but not on my list for my next visit."

Very convenoent

Greeted when entering with a cockroach. Definitely needs a lot of work done. Would have been nice to know about everything being renovated before coming.

No toilet paper unless I went to the front desk and asked for it. Hotel was under renovation. The elevator didn't always work. There was no ice machine on my flour. No towel racks in the bathroom. The breakfast served was not good. I went down the street each morning and ate at a restaurant. The alarm clock didn't work. This could be a nice place it had a good manager.
