Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco

The staff is as good as it gets. I felt right at home and enjoyed my stay immensely. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This has to be one of the best 5 star hotel experiences we have ever had. As soon as we arrived at the port in Capri, the hotel had a gentleman to greet us at the boat and help with our luggage. We were then driven to the hotel and were offered a drink of our choice (most 5 star hotels these days offer a glass of cheap prosecco, beer or orange juice). We sat with Emmanuel who gave us a 20 minute summary of Capri and the great things the island offers. What was great was that Emmanuel was a local and born in Capri so all his recommendations and suggestions were spot on. The hotel is a boutique with 11 rooms but the service was just amazing. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast was great and you order the food you want rather than walking up to a buffet where the food never tends to be freshly cooked. The hotel also offers a free taxi shuttle service which is a godsend as taxies in Capri are expensive with a min fare of 25 euros for any journey. They even offered us complimentary drinks when we came back early one evening from our meal and helped book our ferry back to the mainland. All I can say is well done to the hotel owner is well done for creating a great hotel experience. We will return one day and stay here again.

Außergewöhnlicher Luxus hat uns in dieser Jugendstilvilla umgeben, in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Das überaus zuvorkommend und äußerst freundliche Personal begleitete uns - niemals aufdringlich , aber jeden Wunsch im Voraus ahnend - durch eine zauberhafte Woche. Der hauseigene Shuttledienst war allzeit bereit, uns ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen zu bringen und auf Abruf pünktlich zurück. So einen Service hatten wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel. Einfach superior! Wir danken nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft ! Ein wahrhaft beeindruckender Urlaub !

We had an amazing time at Excelsior Parco, it was one of the most nicest stays we ever had and this thanks to their staff who were very nice, helpful and very caring. It was my husbands birthday and we got a room upgrade and a nice birthday cake as surprise. Also they took care of all the restaurant reservations, boat rental and ferry. A big thanks for that The Villa is very beautiful, close to Marina Grande and a few steps of famous Paolino restaurant. They offer complimentary transfer to Marina Grande and to Capri Piazzeta which was a big plus Once again thank you for the lovely stay

I stayed with my partner for three days at this hotel, and I have never encountered a more polite, always-smiling, and genuinely helpful staff. Mario explains every detail and assists you with anything you may need. The whole property is simply stunning, as it used to be a private residence built in 1906. It is impeccably maintained and takes you back in time, immersing you in the refined elegance of Capri. They also provide free transfers both to the port and to the city center as many times a day as you need. They truly made our holiday unforgettable
