Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco

Beautiful villa, the staff was very friendly and always ask you if you need anything or how you feel. The food was delicious, the room was a dream, all the details they put in the room 🩷.Gaia is the best host!! She found the best boat tour for us. Definitely we will come back to this beautiful villa!!

We would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel! It has a beautiful garden filled with flowers and a stunning view across the bay to the mountain, but more importantly all the staff go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble and we thank them sincerely for a lovely holiday to celebrate our anniversary.

Nothing to do with the hotel - there was some building work going on next door but the manager immediately moved us to a room away from the work to an upgraded room.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this wonderful Villa in Capri. From the very first moment until our departure, we truly felt at home. The beauty of the place is indescribable — a historic property dating back to 1906, stunning and impeccably maintained with remarkable taste. Every detail reflects charm, tranquility, and authenticity. The cleanliness is flawless and the food simply delicious — everything prepared with great quality and care. But what truly makes this place unique is the team. Every single person is exceptional: incredibly dedicated, attentive, available, and genuinely kind. We felt pampered at every moment. During our stay, we celebrated a birthday and were surprised in the most charming way — a gesture we will never forget. Every aspect of the service is designed for complete comfort: they take care of everything down to the smallest detail — from transportation to the center to restaurant recommendations and reservations. All you have to do is relax and enjoy. We are deeply grateful for such a special experience. It was much more than a stay — it was heartfelt hospitality. We truly hope to return.

This was easily without a doubt the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The villa is beautiful in every aspect and provides amazing views. They also upgraded our room to one with a hot tub which was very generous. The staff here was absolutely incredible, friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped off our ferry and they greeted us. They go above and beyond like no place else. This is one of the few things in life I can safely say you actually get what you pay for. I can’t wait to go back and would recommend anyone to make this their first choice when staying in Capri if you want an amazing and luxurious experience!

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough. From disembarking from the ferry to our wonderful drive to the hotel then a welcome drink and our first opportunity to explore our new home in Capri all exceeded our expectations. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with so much choice and the views are spectacular. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Thank you all

It was a true 5 star ⭐ experience. I have never met staff who are so helpful and attentive. The rooms were wonderful, clean, smart and historic (1906). Only 11 rooms so the staff knew you personally. All things sustainable, natural and organic from food to bathroom products. Breakfast was personally served either in your room, your balcony or the patio overlooking the Capri port and sea. Choice of breakfasts immense. Our previous hotels in Rome and Sorrento had ‘buffet breakfasts’ and it was disorderly and chaotic. Rather stressful experience. Totally the opposite here! What a welcome relief to be served with eloquence and a smile. We shall come back and for a longer stay!

It’s hard to put into words what a truly special place this is. The hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff are by far the warmest, most hospitable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we were greeted at the port, every detail was handled efficiently, flawlessly, and graciously. Upon arriving in the hotel via their private transport, we were greeted with glasses of prosecco and told to think of the hotel as our home. For the rest of our stay, that’s exactly how we were treated. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful - light and airy, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a gorgeous view. The location is ideal, just outside the main part of town, away from the crowds, but a very short ride away. The hotel offers a very convenient, complementary shuttle in and out of town. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a ride. The hotel has a fabulous chef, and every meal we ate was absolutely delicious. It was so good that we not only ate breakfast there every day, but we had three of our four dinners there. Every meal was wonderful. I can’t imagine a better hotel than this. Everything is perfect, and it really does feel like home when you’re there. We were very sad to leave and especially sad to say goodbye to all the lovely people we met who work there, all of whom were just fantastic. We are already planning our next visit.
