Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown

The hotel was convenient to the event we traveled to Manchester for.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly as well!

We like Hilton hotels in general The staff was great restaurant was great & had a great handicap room

Turned over filthy coffee cups to front desk. One was full of mold and other had womans hair pin in it.

I recently stayed 1 night at the Hilton Garden Inn Manchester and it was a good option for my trip. I was in town to go to the Fisher Cats baseball game, and when I saw the hotel was at the ballpark I knew this would be the winner. If you're here for a game, this is definitely the way to go, it's just steps from the ballpark entrance. I booked a ballpark view room, which was also fun. My room was a bit dated, but it was clean. Parking was pretty tight, I arrived on a weekend afternoon and got one of the last open spots in the lot. There was a concert at the nearby arena that night, so I doubt many of these cars were going anywhere. The hotel might have a place nearby to direct cars when the lot gets full, but this is something to keep in mind in case you arrive later. I had some food and drinks at the outdoor lobby bar, the bartenders were nice and the food was good.

We did not realize this hotel overlooks a baseball stadium where the Fisher Cats play. It was an unexpected bonus to have our room overlook a ball game when we arrived. The restaurant and bar also overlook the field so it is fun if it’s game day. Just a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Easy parking. All good.

There was miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. The front desk staff (Kaitlyn and Olivia) were wonderful. They corrected the problem with very little stress on my end. Thanks.
