This was one of the worst motel experiences I have ever had. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned before my arrival. There were leftover soap bars from previous guests in the shower, and the toilet was stained with urine around the sides. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The furniture was extremely old, the walls were dirty, and the entire room felt neglected and unsanitary. Even the towels appeared dirty. the fridge in the reception was broken so they did not have cold water. The condition of the room was so bad that I decided to leave a day earlier than planned because I simply could not tolerate staying there any longer. To make matters worse, when I was ready to leave, my vehicle was blocked by another guest's car. The staff had to wake the guest up so they could move their vehicle and allow me to exit. I would not stay at this motel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host fa acquistare molti punti alla struttura come anche la posizione super comoda per visitare le cascate del Niagara…si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalle cascate, ma la passeggiata risulta piacevole perché si attraversa Clifton Hill. Parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto la struttura e l’host ci ha permesso di lasciare lì la macchina anche dopo il check out.

Pulizia davvero molto scarsa se non nulla. Le pareti non sono insonorizzate e si sente qualsiasi rumore provenire dalle stanze adiacenti, il che può risultare un problema se i vicini sono particolarmente rumorosi come è successo a noi. La doccia è terribile e sprovvista di acqua calda

Only 15 minutes walking distance to the falls! The jacuzzi was so nice. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, also let us keep our car parked there for another hour after check out time so that we could walk across the street for breakfast. We had the best time!

Our stay at Sunset Inn was very pleasant. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit.

"SHAKEY " was a pure delight. The owner. He was kind, courteous, and let us in our room early. He's the type of owner everyone should be.

It was a bit further from comic con than I expected, but that was on me, certainly not the Sunset Inn.
