Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The woman working the breakfast room was very friendly and kept the food fresh and stocked each day.

The beds in the room creaked and rattled every time you rolled or turned over. Needs new mattresses/beds. The air conditioner/heater unit rattle all night long. Couldn’t make it stop. Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice.

"I’d go there again!!"

Friendly and welcoming staff and very clean. Comfy beds! Very nice breakfast! Extra touches such as the kitchen lady making us lattes and encouraging us to take food along to have as a snack on our trip. Extra nice little touches such as coloring sheets and crayons available and little basket of available tampons, etc in the restroom, icy cold water with orange slices available at front entrance counter and cookies. Did have an issue with the billing but the receptionist easily took care of it when we were checking out.

For a small city in Iowa, I'm impressed with this hotel! Walked to HyVee next door for dinner & conveiently got gas in the morning. Good experience from check-in through breakfast. We stay a lot of hotels in our travels. I plan to book more Hampton Inns in the future. Using rewards points seems easier also.
